We coordinate access with building management, check fittings for corrosion while we're there, and can usually be with you the same day, within 1 to 2 hours during working hours.

  • Water coming through a ceiling often starts in the unit above or in shared pipes. We'll trace it and show you where it's coming from, so you and the building can sort out who needs to fix it.

  • No. There's no extra travel charge for the Waterfront, just our standard R400 call-out fee.

  • Usually the same day, within 1 to 2 hours during our working hours, plus whatever time building access takes.

  • Yes. Every Waterfront project comes with our 1-year workmanship guarantee: if our work fails within a year, we will return and fix it for free. Parts and appliances carry the manufacturer's own warranty, and we'll help you start a manufacturer claim if one is needed.
